The app for call history hasn't worked since July 10, 2024. I tried calling customer service and was on hold for 10 minutes. So I hung up. I sent an email describing the the issue. We will see how it takes before I get a response. My landline phone has an answering machine attached but the calls never get to it. I have called Community Phone's previously about the problem and was told my machine is too old. It worked fine before I moved to Community Phone. I am getting extremely frustrated.

App isn't functioning, it's just a blank page

Completely useless. The login screen just takes me to the login screen, over and over. It isn't even an actual app--it just sends you to the webpage in a browser.
