*** See below. It doesn't work after the last update. I get a warning notice that it can not establish a secure connection. It tells me to check for an update. I checked, there's no new update. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. The same thing happened again. ***Apparently, it doesn't like the VPN I'm using. It was not a problem for the previous version. Did improving the security of the app cause me to lose the security provided by the VPN?

Prefer the JSC app. This one makes you enter your password every time you switch pages to look at something else (like my calculator). Also, doesn't show who a transaction is to on the main screen(just shows pos transaction) untill you click on the transaction...then it will show details of who it's to. These things make this app aggravating to use and wastes valuable time. I also don't appreciate "big brother banker" forcing me to change my password that I've had for many years with no problems

The naming convention of the accounts is not user friendly. Member to member transfers keep resulting in failure despite following the account #/share/type instructions. All transactions across all accounts are jumbled up in the main window, not useful at all. Having to click in to the account, then transactions to see transactions is a poor setup. Transaction descriptions are not complete. I've started multiple conversations in app, which are not answered. Thanks for the customer service
