Ratings and reviews

There are things you can't accomplish through the app; the main customer service in León says that you have to go to the local branch to do it but the branch says that they can't do it either. Be careful with your money! I've been trying to close my account for weeks but I'm unable to, no one knows how to do it, and now I'm hit with mystery commission charges as well. Not recommended 😕

The app is not so good, a little clunky and confusing, but the branch of BanBajio that I use in person is excellent, 10 out of 5 stars!

Overall very satisfied, very simple to use and never has bugs.
