MOST frustrating experience I have ever had! I couldn't add a photo, and it kept shutting down or freezing and NOTHING I did the 20 or so times it did this, it did not save one thing! I am missing my pet. I had even just resorted to the fact I had to pay a fee. I will say this there is NO way I am paying $50 bucks to play games with your app. this is crazy & such bad business! Realize you are supposed to be providing a pretty important service . It was just awful and the last thing I needed.

Oh no! We sincerely apologize for the troubles you've had with the app. Unfortunately there appears to be some variations in the Android devices we are looking into. There are problems with the app and I don't know if it was because of the update. I'm not able to add a photo of or complete posting for a lost pet sighting, and I'm no longer logged in. In fact there is now no obvious option to log in without newly creating an account. When I first signed up for this, I had no knowledge that this is not the same thing as originally registering the microchip. I think it's an important distinction to make that this is a separate service & steep for what you get.

Very frustrating. I paid for the service, went to download the app made sure to write down account information. Go to login i get a "invalid login" when I go to register, I get "account already exist" when I go to login again. The login page delete the password and then I get another invalid login. And customer service isn't available on weekends.

We are sorry you had difficulty logging into your account. It appears you chose the option to sign up using facebook, I have removed that from your account so you can sign in using an email and password. Please look for an email from us to verify.
