Does not work well. Sometimes it gets stuck at the title screen. At other times it takes a long time to load a ticket. There are also many error messages when pending tickets in order to activate them. I'm worried that the app will not work when there is a ticket check on the bus. ADDITION: While I appreciate the answer below, it does not seem correct. Today, the app told me that I need to be connected to the internet to activate a ticket.

Gentile utente, si assicuri che abbia buona connettività ad Internet al momento dell'apertura dell'app. Se si trova in una zona con scarso segnale di rete mobile,è preferibile mettere il cellulare in modalità aereo e dopo avviare l'app,potrà visualizzare il Qrcode di titoli attivi o attivare titoli di viaggio precedentemente acquistati. this app is a joke. I dont know who allows italians to creat apps. you dont have an idea how to work on that. previously I was using this app with no issue. now, probably after some unsuccessful /unfinished updates it gives me errors and doesn't recognise my profile. i asked for forgot my password, guess what? it never was sent to solve this! you should study IT as a subject before you touch this, very annoying experience. before anything is launched, should you try the pilot first?

The app is not designed with the customer needs in mind. I use public transport (Buses) for work and I need to provide a receipt for when I use the service and not for the purchase of the ticket. The app does not allow to download a receipt like we have for a normal bus ticket. I hope the developers will improve it.
