Useless app if you're not from Brasil, Chile or Argentina. You will download the app and try to sign up but you will be declined. Customer service will tell you to find a station with a self-service kiosk to rent a bike which means you'll be running all over the city looking for a self-service kiosk since the map on the app doesn't indicate which station has a self-service option. Lixo puro!

I installed the app but it would not allow me to set up an account. It said it could not create an account for my username/email. I tried a different email bit it still didn't work. Other users reviews also seemed to have proble.s with the app. Pricing should be available before you go through the trouble of creating an account. I guess if they keep it a secret until you commit lots of time, there is proba ly a reason for that.

As we were not able to find our answer from any official site, we looked to forum posts & were told we are able to unlock more than one bike with a single account. We proceed to try that today, & that didn't turn out to be true, & we ended up wasting time & 6.9 Real without actually biking. Since not everyone, especially tourists, are going to be people with their own sim cards, it would be a good idea to make it easier for more than one bikes to be rentable with a single phone/app.
