nice and simple user interface. some issues using it though: 1. delivery status doesn't update automatically. had to log out and relaunch the app just to get updates. 2. app doesn't use the 'saved locations' at all when arranging a pick up. 3. not an app issue but more service-related. riders need more training in understanding instructions. my experience was that the rider went straight to the landmark expecting that it was the exact pick up location.

Useless app! It does not show how to order or any option or any menu that tells!!!! Wasting of time. I think it just get my personal information and my location! It only shows their services but we can not avail! Uninstall!!

Can't input pick up location anymore. Also, tracking is not real time. I have to close the app and then reopen to be able to see the updated location of the rider. The app lacks the best practices from the competition. No need to reinvent the wheel guys, just make sure you have what the competition has as a minimum viable product then add your unique offering. This app looks like it's the very first time something like this was even developed, it just can't compete with the rest.
