About this app

This app downloads and updates time zones to the latest version on your device. This update should fix all known problems with time zones, such as incorrect time in Android and some applications.

Procedure:
1. Get superuser privileges (root).
2. Install BusyBox.
3. Check your connection to the Internet.
4. Tap the UPDATE button.
5. Restart your device.

Will be updated time zones and ICU data. Before starting the update procedure is recommended to make a backup of the Android system.

This app is great but needs a little attention. Right now the app is not working (tzdata 404 not found error). An issue has been opened on the developer's GitHub page months ago. Hopefully he will fix this needed app.

As you may already know, newer Android version e.g., 12 doesn't allow for system rw. So your app for icu is basically useless. Can you give the generated files so I (or yourself) can make a magisk module out of them?
