Present an electronic ticket and an identity document to the controller on the screen of your device during boarding and en route of the train.

1. Dear passengers, for issuing a ticket, REQUIREMENT OF IDENTIFICATION OF PERSONAL IDENTITY (most often a passport) is required, as well as during control on the way REQUIREMENT OF THE PRESENTATION OF THE DOCUMENT.
Please be patient and understanding, since THIS IS A REQUIREMENT FOR THE GOVERNING BODIES FOR REGISTRATION AND CONTROL OF ELECTRONIC TICKET (clauses 3.1-3.5 of the Order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia dated August 21, 2012 N 322 and p. 78, 82 of the Rules for the carriage of passengers, baggage, cargo luggage by rail).
2. IF THE TICKET IS NOT COMPLETED, and the text message about the debit has already arrived, BE SURE! Refunds will occur automatically within a few minutes.
Please note that banks do not send an SMS message about the refund. To be sure to return, please contact those. support of your bank.
3. For devices with ANDROID version 4.3.0 and below! For reasons beyond our control, buying tickets on your devices is not possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.
4. NO MOSCOW and MOSCOW REGION, Novosibirsk, Rio de Janeiro, Warsaw, Bishkek and Astana in the choice of stations! In the application, stations of those carrier companies that are connected to the application are available.

5. REGISTRATION OF PREFERRED ELECTRONIC TICKETS IS NOT POSSIBLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH Clause 77 of the Rules for the Carriage of Passengers, Baggage, and Cargo Luggage by Rail.
