Main functions performed:
1. Calculation of mash for water and sugar:
Based on the initial data (water, sugar, recommended amount of yeast), he calculates the expected yield of alcohol and the required amount of yeast for a given volume, as well as the fractional addition of sugar to the wort.
2. Calculation of mash by volume and alcohol:
Based on the desired parameters (volume of mash, strength), it calculates the required amount of water, sugar and yeast for the mash.
3. Calculation of sugar addition to mash (wort correction):
If you need to increase the strength of the mash, having the initial data on the amount of water and sugar in it, you can calculate how much sugar and water to add.
4. Calculation of fruit and sugar mash:
The same as item 3, only the initial data are the volume and sugar content of the juice.
5. Calculation of citrus liqueurs:
5.1. Calculation of the alcohol content of aromatic alcohol, after infusion of zest in it.
5.2. Calculation of proportions for liquor (aromatic alcohol, sugar, juice or water), taking into account the desired amount, alcohol content and sugar content.
6. Calculation of grain mash:
