Ratings and reviews

It states in the app that the delivery is free regardless of the sum of purchase. However, after ordering some lunch for myself, I got a message stating that I am "close to the limit". That I will no longer be able to order the delivery if my purchase is "below RUB 500". What a joke!

The app has a pretty good UI, very easy to navigate and their customer service is even better! I had an issue with my order today (they made a mistake with one item) and I was worried coz I can't speak Russian yet and I didn't know how to return the item and get a refund. Long story short, their chat support guys took the time to resolve my issue and I got my refund! Thanks :)

App is really good, but damn prices in this eshop is terrible +20-40% above others. Dunno, I dont think wasting money on the same food is necessary, App is deleted.
