With the app Ung i Dalarna, you who are between 13 and 25 years old can talk to staff at Dalarna's youth centers via video calls on your smartphone or tablet. You can talk to us about relationships, school, the body, the family, sexuality, mental health, alcohol and drugs, among other things. No question is too big, too small or too unimportant. You have the right to feel good!

In order to book an appointment, you need a Mobile BankID. Read on your bank's website about their rules and how to get a mobile BankID. You can also use Freja eID+ to identify yourself in our app. On the App Store, you can get Freja eID and read more about how to create an account.

The visit to the digital youth reception is free of charge and takes place under a duty of confidentiality. Feel free to choose a quiet place with good lighting and use a headset for the best sound when conducting your video call. Keep in mind that your internet connection needs to be stable in order for the video call to be carried out in the best way.

Ungdomsmottagning Dalarna online is a supplement to Dalarna's youth clinics and we may need to refer you to a physical reception or health center if examination or sampling needs to be carried out.
