When you set the boost to zero, Volume Booster will be off. The notification icon is just for ease of launching. If you don't like seeing the notification icon when Volume Booster is off, just go to Volume Booster's Settings and set it to appear only when Volume Booster is running.

Your product is a scam! I downloaded it in 2023 and the app gave me a +100% increase in volume, and I could make a one-time purchase to unlock all features. Now, as of June 2024, you have forcibly updated my app against my wishes, throttled my volume boost down to only+50%, and added a subscription model to force us to continue to pay for your scam product. I will be uninstalling this scam app and switching to a competitor who does not pull "bait & switch" tactics on their customers!

No adds itself is something to be appreciated. Almost all such take us through various adds before the real thing comes out. I am using this is my redminote 10 I have to see whether it continues to work when the goes out of main screen Normally these apps don't attach themselves to external bluetooth headphones. This seems to change the volume. One thing I observed now is that the loudness goes to zero on its own and the volume goes down. It has to be revived again.
