the app itself works fine; it's the service that doesn't make any sense. the escooter I got didn't have a mobile phone holder (and I didn't see any with it). that makes the whole thing useless. if you're not a local well informed about all the Lisbon's one ways and so on just don't use it. it's money thrown out the window.

The worst customer care I've ever met in my life they take one hour to reply me even they never accept my driving license 🪪 because i uploaded the soft copy are they for real

I find it unacceptable that there is not information about the charges, until, I suppose, after one has submitted all their personal information, including the card, ID, driving license. I want to know how much I will be charged BEFORE I submit my personal data. Is this not the law? Hence, one star and lost a potential customer.
