The technology used to scan your ID is problematic. I tried about 20 times before I succeeded (daylight needed). When I tried to scan my face (also during daylight) it failed again multiple times. Have not been able to go past that. The app number to get assistance does not respond. Update: ik heb een tjorrie gevonden voor diegenen waarbij de camera niet goed inzoomd op je ID. Maak een gewone foto en plaats die op je computerscherm en maak daarvan een foto met de app. Nu nog gebruiken!

Face recognition is not working. Een paar mensen hebben het al aangegeven en we zijn nu al langer dan jaar verder. Face recognition has been fixed. Updated from 1 to 3 stars. Why not 5 start? There is no option to download a transaction receipt. You can only download an excel file with all transactions but you don't see the payee information such as the payees account number.

Still needs work. This is just a wallet+ not a mobile banking app. There are limits to how much money can be on it. When you try to increase the limit they ask you for proof that you need a higher limit. What are you going to do when you want to buy something ad-hoc that is higher than the limit? You can't. This is not the solution your clients were asking. WE WANT A REAL MOBILE BANKING APP! that can give you decent pdf proof of transfers so we can send those to the people we needed to pay.
