Love Gemporia and have always used the app for my purchases. Always found it really easy to use. Just updated the app and the programme schedule has been removed. That's annoying because I always checked it to see if there was going to be an "Iolite hour" or "Baltic amber hour", then if I was at work I could casually take a toilet break! I think I'm going to save a lot of money! To improve the app you could update the presenters. *Just noticed button is still there but now invisible.

Update - I cant see all my purchases. Support contact only thru app which wants to link to your email. Great example of developer lead build rather than customer focused. Eats data and phone resources as you can't switch off the video. Jewellery search facility is basic and is only a filtering system not much use to a customer. Would be good to be able to search orders for jewellery for checking price of previous purchases (price pledges). I will stick with website as offers better viewing functionality.

I"m just one very happy person, never been disappointed in 10 years of involvement, thank you all!! One other thing, the "my jewellery list,' it would be really useful if included against each item purchased, the actual price paid, this would be so helpful. Can this please be done? recent order cancelled, surprised as items (2no available at time of order). were said to be available at time of ordering. Been loyal customer for 10 years, so not happy. Betting nobody reads this!!!
