After updating my Samsung S24 this week, I can no longer upload photos to the app that I've already taken. When selecting 'choose existing', I select the photo, but the error 'there was a problem attaching your image'. So I can't complete reports now unless I hang around the streets while the report uploads, which I'm not going to do. Can this be looked into? *Update* Issue sorted quickly, thanks!

Absolutely useless app. I think this app is a way for councils to let citizens feel that they are reporting something and by doing that vent their frustrations. Apart from few fly-tipping clearing / litter cleaning here and there, no other issues are resolved in a meaningful way. Reports are closed with a vague, open-ended, ambiguous, generic response with no real, clear action taken.

The app is not useless, it is doing its job in allowing you to report and receive feedback. Your issue is with the council and the service they are providing in actioning your reports - please use the review the service option within the app when selecting a closed report to provide that feedback direct to the council.
