Doesn't work. Can't load the points or even get points added. Customer service couldn't even find the account but could see it on my phone. Keeps asking me to sign up to the rewards scheme but I already am and appear locked out. It's just dire. Just pay someone decent to do a good app and website for yourself. Major let down. Surprising to be honest.

Can't move past sign in! I get to "Choose your 2 FA" and there are no options, and I can't move on from that page without having to log in again. What a pain.

The new version of the App is way better than the previous one! You can check your Rewards points and benefits, see how many points you should earn to move to the next tier and which offers are available to you! The shopping area has a much improved navigation, essential now that you can redeem your Rewards points online. The App will give you personalised shopping recommendations and allow you to favourite items on your wishlist. I would recommend!
