Would not pair with bluetooth hearing aids, no matter what I tried. Several times, I explicitly followed the pairing instructions without success. I like the features listed for the app, but other than in "demo" mode, could not look at the other features unless paired. I emailed support and am waiting for a response. If support can help me, and I can successfully pair my hearing aids with the app, then I will revise my rating.

App changed from when I got the hearing aids and there was no notification. Tried to download and use the "updated" version and cannot connect. I just try to do the best I can manually without damaging my hearing any further.
