Ratings and reviews

The apps helpful, however, being able to actually input less than $15 would be wonderful. I have a tight budget and having to do $15 each time doesn't help when there's no way to refund that money. Manage your app better, you'd have a better rating. People already use the broken dryers in the actual place, best you could do is at least give us a deposit button or give us less money to add.

This app will not open. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalled, nothing. it just sits on the blue screen logo page. I have contacted The Wash house via email. Still no fix. They need to reach out to the developer for a solution. This app used to be amazing! Now, it's not even an app if you can't open or use it.

I loved the app at first but now it just stays on the blue screen. I deleted it and re-downloaded it and still nothing. I wish this would get fix so people can continue to use the app with no problems.
