Absolutely raging with this bank, I have no idea why the same issue keeps occurring, the system barely works, you upgraded it but it never worked better. In urgent cases the client won't be able to solve the issue or make the payment. It is embarrassing me and this is not it's first time. Please fix it or stop the bank. 5 years and didn't enjoy it at all.

Updated regularly but not necessary, even there is a notification to update a new version but there is no new version on Google Play (my device is android phone)

Highly customized app. User-friendly theme, easy to use even for low-tech peps. Also, professional and enthusiastic customer service
