Both the web and apps are not working completely. when u are trying to register/open a business account. The web version stopped working at step 5 after filling your business address the "Process Button" remains inactive. But the App version stopped working at step 8 after answering your secret question when you click to enter next step(that's step 9) it will close the wizard and open a login page. Please fix it as soon as possible.

This is not impressive at all. The app just doesn't respond or work to full capacity. It never fully loads and the options would not respond. Also there is no in app help option like other banks do. I opened this account since January 2024 and up till now my referees are unable to submit the form. The physical bank is unable to do something about it and purple connect has just been quiet to the complaint. No response whatsoever. Try to fix the bugs please. The app is lagging and bad for wema

This app is the worst business app in Nigeria right now. I've tried to register on the app for more than a week now, it keep returning back to the start. I went to Wema bank branch to meet their staff if there's anything am getting wrong here., the staff was even confused after numerous trials 😄😄😁. If your app is no longer functioning and you can't heed to customer's complains, there's no need to still have it on playstore. Called customer service, the lady said I should keep trying. wahala😄
