A maneira de troca de prêmios deveria ser melhorada pois não se consegue trocar pontuação na hora da compra sem que você tenha recebido um email antes. SE por acaso eu no momento da comora quiser trocar meus pontos não consigo sem ele, deveria ter essa opção de deixar livre para trocar a qualquer momento.
