Using a new graphical interface, the app, which is available for both Android and iOS, has a series of features that facilitate the use of various Navis functions, such as:
1) Tasks: view and complete tasks entered in Navis;
2) Documents: exclusive feature for the mobile version that allows the user to create a list with the latest documents issued (especially the latest revisions of drawings), in order to make it possible to consult the list of documents and/or plans by inserting a QRCode that can be accessed by field personnel (at construction sites, for example). With this, it will be possible to increase the quality in the execution of works, since the professionals who are executing them will be able, at any time, to consult if the printed version that is in the work is in fact the last one that was produced by their office;
3) Agenda: consult the registration data of your customers, suppliers and contacts anytime and anywhere. In this tool, facilities were created that allow, for example, direct access to Whatsapp to start a conversation, access to Google Maps to view the address or definition of routes and access to the email to send a message;
4) Timesheet: report, quickly and securely, the hours worked by project, phase or for the company.
