Great for reminding me to take out trash. Will rate it a 5 star if I had the ability to add a 2nd address to the reminder system. We also take the trash out for my son, tried to add another address however the app replaced my principal address. Good information found with the search to help us determine where specific items are to be disposed of, trash, green bin, blue bin etcetera. Thank you 😊

How do I go back to receiving notifications via text message? Getting reminded through the app instead just isn't for me, I need it through text or I don't register/see it. Coincidentally I just recommended the service to someone because it's been useful, and then the same day didn't get notified because I didn't know the upgrade wasn't optional. Please help, this is not an upgrade, this is taking away a good accessibility option

The app is good at alerting what garbage day it is but it does a terrible job of relaying information about processes - a secondary but important feature. It is not clear what goes into the gray box and what goes into the blue box. It should explain how to curb materials meant for the gray box without buying going out and getting a gray box. I've used recycling bags like I've done elsewhere and it gets rejected. I don't mix. I keep items in separate recycling bags.
