Horrible experience. Portforwarding should be done in router settings. Instead there's text asking you to download BlueCurve "to make it easier" - Which is the wrong app name btw... In the right app the FAQ says click Advanced Settings, but what they DON'T tell you is that that button is hidden behind WiFi>View WiFi Equipment first. Then they also don't tell you how to set up a Static IP which you'll need if you don't want to redo PF every startup. THANKS, Shaw. You SURE made it easier. Jerks.

It's very handy app. However it's a little complicated to use. If app can add following options will make app great again. 1. Show how well is connection from pod's to the hub. Will be great to find out best location to place the pods. 2. Show the devices connected under the hub or pod. 3. Able to have a guest wifi option. For visiting friends. 4. Have option to separate 2.4 and 5g signals.

rogers home services constantly cut out. tv. Internet. everything. the app rarely provides any ways to fix the service. hard to navigate (as in, hard to figure out where to go to fix problems when you can't identify why the service is cutting out). basically it only keeps me from having to walk to the basement to reset the modem. not exactly useful.
