Ratings and reviews

All of our devices stopped showing up in the app today. It's just a black screen. I haven't received notifications from the app in over a year. They are setup and used to work, but now it doesn't matter how bad the air gets, no notifications. They still send me emails offering to sell new devices, so they aren't completely shutdown. It's unfortunate that their servers are so unstable this year.

OK app and sensor quality. But everything goes through Awair network, and their servers have degraded recently, and device fails to connect often. History data has been missing for days. Notifications are waporware, there are simply none. As sensors go, I find Awair Element reasonably precise, CO2 does reflect human presence, VOC reacts on cooking, and PM2.5 on my parrot flying by. The app is reasonable, but the Trends graph (when the service does work) could benefit from weekly display + zoom.

Garbage app and app maintenance, the product itself was decent, but irritating to use the app. Features also removed after buying. Last, they retire apps and products that still work fine, but I'm sure aren't returning enough investments. I'm stuck with two working devices they decided to abandon. End stage, mostly useless product now. Stay away from the whole line.
