i-CARe
Is a customer service application that makes it easy for customers to obtain policy information, update data and communicate online to the Customer Service Center (LanCAR) of PT AJ Central Asia Raya.
Through this iCARe application, it is easier for prospective customers and customers to:
1. Updating data, such as changing correspondence addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers.
2. Get information related to policy data for 24 hours online including the Investment Value of unit link policies every day.
3. Communication with Customer Service Staff through service tickets and can monitor the process of changing the proposed policy.
4. Obtain general and specific information and documents through the application (information on claim requirements & complete documents).
5. Information on the latest products from CAR.
