Ratings and reviews

The app is seriously malfunctioning. update: despite being told to contact the customer service online, still no help, still crashing and freezing, still can't update my payment method. This app used to be great, but it's gone down the drain. When contacting support, the three dots (...) stay on screen for ages and no change. I will remove my crypto and go elsewhere. this has been going on for over a week and no help at all. stay away from this app and platform.

I noticed the same as Alex RIG mentioned. they showed one price, but when you buy, you get a higher price. And when you sell, again showed one price, but you get a lower price. Plus, when you do deposit link directly from your bank, it said no waiting settle time. But I had to wait 2 weeks to withdraw crypto to another wallet..

SCAM!!!!!! I decided I don't like the app. They charge for everything including a card just to access YOUR money. I contacted support and told them I wanted to close my account. They told me to add more money to the account so I could grt my money out and then they will close it, use a card zi don't have or want since I am closing the account or they will close the account and keep the money! This company actually thinks stealing from customers is a good way to go.
