Ratings and reviews

I noticed the same as Alex RIG mentioned. they showed one price, but when you buy, you get a higher price. And when you sell, again showed one price, but you get a lower price. Plus, when you do deposit link directly from your bank, it said no waiting settle time. But I had to wait 2 weeks to withdraw crypto to another wallet.

I've been using this app for years. Haven't had any issues till today. I am unable to buy/sell/trade anything. The buttons are there but they do not respond, it does nothing. I reached out to support and the general chat is asking for a screenshot of an error message but im not getting an error message. This is very fishy at a time like this. If its not resolved today, as soon as every thing is working again, I will be moving all my crypto to another platform/exchange.

I'm trying to get into the platform, but the login doesn't work. I log in, and it sends an email with no verification code. The email asks me to create an account or log in, I get sent to the login page, hit login to existing account, and it goes right back to where I started from. And there is no link to contact customer service. This app is retarded!
