I love the game, I've spent quite a bit of money on the app as well. I'm disappointed that there's no function to double check the password at sign up or reset yourself, as well as no way to connect an email without a password- even if the email being provided is the same one the original account email went to. I'm now locked out of an account I've paid for with no response from support about a password reset. I want a refund.

I used to enjoy this game and looked forward to the next themes they would introduce. Now however it seems like they and everyone after "improving" the game make it harder for users of older phones. I can't afford to switch up phones each time there is a newer model. My current phone isn't that old yet it takes forever for everything to load, enter, exit, etc the rooms and shops. It makes it very frustrating and time consuming to play without much fun attatched.

I really enjoy the game but I haven't given a 5 star for these reasons: Bcseed was added to the shop but when I try to buy it, it says item expired. Lots of bugs, like for e.g. the pet starts moving by itself when it is trying to eat something. So annoying! As a developer myself, I understand the difficulties but please do some more testing before pushing the update/hotfix live! If you fix the bugs I'll change my rating!
