They really need to update this app its so slow and half the time it doesn't want to work. Its very easy to use when it does want to work, but whoever designed this application needs to do some heavy updating.

Great app love it!! Prospect has always been my favorite bank. Those good people care about there customers. That's why even though I'm over 200 miles away, they are still my main bank!

I'm sorry I have to drop the stars on this app. It is convenient, but I have noticed a lot recently when I put in my password it says that it cannot accept my password. I'm not doing my password wrong. But I know if I put my correct password in too many times it's going to act like it's not the right password and then it's going to completely kick me out and make me have to call the bank. It's really annoying because I can't call the bank after hours for a crashing app.
