Lots of bugs on website and app. Birth date changes to one day prior automatically. Go figure why. Can't use hash # as last character in password but no way a passenger car make out why password is not getting registered Mobile number field required 10 digits Not all countries have that. Can't book passengers with different baggage options on one ticket. Customer care automated voice system doesn't work properly Made more than 10 attempts and still couldn't book a flight

The app hangs on startup and on check-in the screen flashes, then repeats questions, displays 6+ of the same flights instead of one. The main problem is that I cannot check-in. I paid for a ticket with checked luggage but the app is requiring that I pay extra again. When I avoid selecting a checked bag, it displays something went wrong, and I repeat the process again and again. I found the call center phone number, which was wrong. Terrible user experience. After rebooting it eventually worked.

Check-in on the app is impossible - every time I open the app it goes to black screen and closes. I tried to reinstall the app and the same thing happens. My phone is up to date and my apps are. For my journey there, I got further with check-in, however could not successfully complete because it stated my information was received but there was an error and I had to check-in at the desk. They tried to charge everyone for desk check-in despite the majority reporting app issues.
