Acabo de instalar la actualización y no funciona. Los íconos inferiores no responden por lo que no puedo acceder a información que tenía con la versión anterior.

No recuerdo mi contraseña, y cuando doy todos mis datos para recuperarla. No me envían absolutamente nada al correo electrónico, porque siempre funciona tan pero tan mal?
