This worked well in 2020, last year in 2021, i had to replace its cable and I took lifetime AMC, and paid the amount. Now, it is asking for an update; neither any update is available nor it is allowing the scanning. Horrible experience. I have reported the matter to their helpdesk and also reverted back to their query too but yet to find a solution to this issue.

I am unable to connect the mantra finger print scanner in this app ,I have turned on otg and done everything but when OTG is connected , the otg option in my phone is disabled what I need to do for this I am using iqoo Neo 7 5g

Hello team I am here to give you some feedback about your application. it not work properly.every time when we connect cable app goes hang. After clear application data it work fine only one time then again same problem happens. Look at the issue. App is working in background also not stop after exit .
