Constantly re-installing. App continually states "an error has occurred please call for assistance" so I do, and im told "I'll talk to the app guy". Well "app guy" your app isn't working. I'm here for about the 300th time to reinstall the app so I can check my balance, which is hit or miss when it works anyway. Love the bank! App, not so much. Balls in your court "app guy". Update: no change in app reliability. Changing institutions.

Works great on my older phone can't log in at all on this phone. Also it disabled my ability to check balance from the toll free number once I started using this which is weird Edit: at least once every every month I have to uninstall and reinstall the app just so it will let me log in. It won't take the old password ,so I reset it acts like it's gonna work then says for security reasons it logs me out and I get stuck in the endless loop. Love this bank but online banking gas always had issues

A year or so ago the app would not let me log in, no matter what. Recently, I have had no issues with it. I switched from iphone to Android in that time, so that may have had an effect. I no longer live near an Andover bank so it is very convenient to be able to do mobile check deposits through the app.
