Pet Care App by Animal ID is an application for responsible pet owners that helps to quickly find a lost pet using unique identifiers and a digital profile in a global database of identified animals. Our app not only helps to retrieve a lost pet faster, but also allows you to store all the necessary information about it in one place.

With the help of a unique QR pet tag worn by the pet, its profile can be opened to access the information that the owner provided about it, as well as see the owner's contact details.

The owner sets up what information will be available in the pet's profile and how they can be contacted. These settings can be changed as needed and changes are instantly reflected in the profile.

The microchip with the pet’s profile is synchronized with international databases such as EUROPETNET, PetMaxx, and AAHA, so if the pet doesn't have a QR tag, information about it can be found by searching for its profile via the microchip on the Animal ID website.

With Animal ID, your pet is always under surveillance. Create reminders for important events, monitor weight, store documents, and mark completed events - all in one place. UPDATE 2: The basic free features are non-existant. Every option under basic free is X'd out. UPDATE: App is working but still think having no features under the basic free is ridiculous and stupid. I've paid for the product and shouldn't have to pay extra, especially 20 USD a month. I really was hoping this would be an easier alternative than those expensive trackers but given that this is just a QR code and no actual tracking ability, not worth it. I can put the same info on a regular tag.

The app seems to work well, but the constant notification nags to upgrade to Premium are annoying. There is no separate notification channel these nags use that I could disable and disabling the main channel will prevent the QR scan notifications from coming through. 3 stars until this is fixed. 5 stars once it is.

You're not just paying for a trinket quite a summ, but the functionality included for that "free" tier is really limited. Only one contact person and one phone number. I'm fine with additional functionality for a fair price, but that's kind of "basics" you need to pay more money. Better use a regular collar.
