Ratings and reviews

After buying shares, I'm unable to set a stop loss on those shares without first killing the app and logging in again. The contract documents are also not available for quite a long time after purchase/sale - id like to enter details in my tracker, but have to wait 30 mins/ an hour before the app allows me to view them. I contacted IT support a couple of months ago. They don't appear to have fixed the issues though.

I really like this company and the website is really user friendly, but this is useless to me. What's the point of having the fingerprint facility, only for you then having to sign in? Even my banks can accept biometrics alone. I don't want to save a password I have no hope of remembering to a third party and this will just remain unused until it's sorted. Totally useless until then, I'm afraid

Very slow. Takes minutes to load share prices. Continually asks for a login verification. Often doesn't work at all. Doesn't provide news specific to shares within my portfolio. Practically unusable.
