They need to update their product list to include everything they have, although they overcome this by allowing free text at checkout to write whatever products that are not in their list. the app stops working sometimes suddenly. Good service and delivery was on time. **UPDATE AFTER A YEAR OF USING THIS*** They updated their shopping list and they added the cold cut items. Customer service is very good. delivery times became a little delayed than when they started because they are busier now.

The app is very slow, needs a total update, and reprogramming. Very slow in responding and catergories are not that organized always closes and hangs and it does not say if the items are out of stock, so when you add to the cart and paid already, they will only inform you that it is out of stock when possessing... I like danube when shopping inside the supermarket, but the app is very disappointing 😞 carrefour app is much more organized in categories sections, and click response is fast.

This retarded app shows every area in Riyadh except Al-Murabba for the home delivery option. How is it possible that Danube delivers to every area in Riyadh except my area? Whoever made this app and is in charge of the delivery routes should be fired immediately. This is so stupid and beyond belief.
