About this app

Collada is a system to support the digitization of your work processes and consists of the free Collada app and the Collada web portal.

Collada supports you in capturing the data required for your processes in digital form directly at your customer's site.
The data is sent directly from your end device to the Collada cloud and is immediately available for processing there.
This replaces your previous paper forms, which you first have to type out in the office and enter them in your systems, with digital versions that you can easily access from the cloud.

You can either start with one of our templates and adapt it to your needs, or create your own form in the web portal using drag & drop.
The forms are then automatically distributed to your mobile devices and are immediately ready for use. In this way, you can quickly and easily define which data needs to be recorded on the go and keep your processes lean and focused on the essentials.

In addition to collecting information on site, Collada also supports you in having your documents such as price lists, data sheets, brochures, etc. up to date at all times.
You can simply create folders in the web portal and upload structured files such as PDFs, images or Office documents, which in turn are automatically synchronized to your end devices. So you always have the most up-to-date, centrally maintained versions of your documents with you.

You can also easily manage a central contact book by maintaining the contact details of your contact persons at suppliers and customers or even your employees in the web portal. This data, like the uploaded documents, is automatically transferred to the mobile devices and is always up-to-date.

Of course, Collada also supports working in a team - simply create users and user groups in the user administration in the web portal and assign the appropriate rights for forms, folders and contact groups. You can be sure that every employee has access to the information relevant to them.

All your data, whether forms, recorded data, uploaded documents or contacts are end-to-end encrypted. A one-time password is generated when you create your Collada client. This is used in your devices to encrypt and decrypt all your data locally on the device. Encrypted data that cannot even be read by us as the operator always ends up in the cloud. You can easily exchange the password between the end devices that you want to allow access to your data using a QR code. This means that you always have full access control over your data.
