The overall appearance of the app is bright and appealing, but I had difficulty navigating through it. For example: it was difficult to see exactly where to enter my bank information and payment amount as the screen looked faded, and I couldn't see definitive spaces to enter information. I had to tap all over the screen to get a cursor. Also, why can't I pay more than my agreed installment amount, if I can. The app needs to be adjusted to let a client do that when they can.

This app is HORRIBLE!! It only worked a couple times, when I tap on log in the page is completely blank never goes to the log in screen. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work! I tried to reregister couldn't! I try to reset my password no E-mail received! How in the world are you supposed to pay your bill other than calling! This app is incredibly FRUSTRATING!!!

Horrible app, website, and corporation. As a first time apartment tenant, I accidentally put the incorrect building number because the complex was confusing. I was charged twice for an apartment I wasn't in (I'm not sure it even exists at all), plus charged in full for my electricity by the complex, plus an extra fee. In addition, you can't set up or see auto-pay in the app, and auto-pay on the site doesn't work. You also can't see saved payment methods in the app. No contact info in the app.
