App was great at the beginning, and I gave a 5 star rating, but this entire bank has declined both on the app and customer service. It never works for me it is always down, and speaking to customer service is almost impossible. Of you call their banks on location no one ever picks up. If you try to leave messaged, no one returns them, may it be phone or email. I am sure they will leave some quirky little bot message telling me to contact them, but I done tried that, don't answer 2 Stars

TERRIBLE app! I have a galaxy S7 and I CANNOT log in to save my life! When I put my username and password in, it gives me the "loading" circle and then takes me back to the sign in screen. I have updated the app and still no luck! I have to log into tyndall banking online on a laptop in order to check my bank account. It is BEYOND frustrating! I never had any issues with the old app. This app literally has me rethinking my banking choices. The updates to my phone still didnt help

I normally don't leave reviews, but it is very frustrating having your bank "upgrade" to a new app that you can't log into and view your accounts. I spoke to support and they corrected the issue to let me in. Two days later, I'm getting access declined for no reason. I shouldn't have to spend a Saturday morning talking to support to be able to see my account.
