Ratings and reviews

it's indeed more convenient to use the app instead of an axs machine, but the APP UI is confusing and unprofessional. the submit button on top right corner is hard to see. In-app experience needs to be improved.

Tried using the scan option from my google pixel 8 to pay for my PUB bills but it kept saying error even before I started scanning. The newest update is not working properly. I used another phone with an earlier version of the app and it worked perfectly. Pls look into it!

Want to pay. After keying in email, cannot proceed anymore. Then give message to say pending payment in History when haven't even go key bank details. Tried 5 times. Key in details to try again but also cannot. This latest update sucks..bring back the old app. Never had any issue in the past.
