Since 1 week, I'm trying to use business app but no, still no luck. Don't know what they are doing, even after 7 days it hasn't been fixed. I think, there is a huge management issue in this bank. This is not the first time. It can happen anytime without any notice and only option is to use web browser. What the point of developing the app then?

It's 2023, but I've never seen this kind of foolish & pathetic Bank App before. Since the app down 10 days ago, it does not working so far. I'm NOT wondering about the person in charge for IT at Bank of Hope in-house AT ALL. He or She is just looking up the sky or praying of restoring this App desparately??? W O R S T E V E R ~ Gosh.
