Pro: 1. The app is able to suggest suitable batteries based on the car model/year. 2. The Response was quick. Cons: 1. App asked for gps location, but Technician was not given the location. I was asked again by the technician for the location. 2. Cannot edit edit the saved cars (change its info, photo etc.). 3. When you accidentally closed the apps, you cannot trace the technicians whereabout anymore because no menu to track current order.

The app works as advertised though it crashed a few times. The location search function didn't seem to work for me and the map wasn't able to identify my exact spot accurately. Online payment should be integrated. The trooper that was despatched to install my new battery went above and beyond his call of duty as he also made sure that my old car could be started after being idle for 2 years. His experience as a foreman was invaluable. Please retain him at all cost!

This is the 2nd time i used this apps for my car battery. They took immediate action. The technician so professional checking 1st before confirm the car problem. I use this apps both at different state and it doesnt have problem at all. They are so efficient. The waiting time for the technician to arrive not so long. Overall really recommended. Great service. From online interaction until the technician works.
