Ratings and reviews

Frustrating and Unnecessary I understand the need for security, but the constant pop-ups and instructions from the BBK Mobile App are beyond annoying. If I’m using the app, it means I’ve already taken steps to secure my phone. Why should I have to disable development mode and jump through hoops just to use it? I don’t need an app to tell me to set a password or enable biometrics on my device. I’ll be uninstalling the app.

What I know is that the development of the program should be something that directs you to the future and not backwards. The disadvantages of the program are that it is not organized, the colors are not harmonious at all, and the fingerprint cannot be used...bad and unbearable.

I am very disappointed with this banking app. It prevents me from using the app whenever the developer mode is enabled on my phone and forces me to disable it. This is a very frustrating experience and makes the app highly inconvenient to use. Such a poor user experience is driving me to look for alternative banking options.
