Can't use the app. The new update requires me to accept that MyBsn will collect contact lists and QR images. But when I click accept it tells me there's an error. I've tried many times and have tried to unninstall the reinstall the app, nothing works.. Please fix it. I really need to use the app

usless than the other bank apps. Only use for TAC which is SO USELESS. Unlike other bank like PBEMY and MAE which is fully useful and functional. Do better and not useless app like this with one function only. The steps are unnecessary and troublesome. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK TO HOW IT USED BEFORE. I can't do any transaction until now! I cant do any transaction. Don't launch this app ever. Take it back and let the web function for now. I tried to log in and my account was suspended.

There could be improvements. Highly encourage to allow Copy + paste option for easier banking. And if the account number is wrong, please ensure it doesnt go back to the home page. Just let the transfer page remain and have a little note at the bottom of the bar that the acc number is wrong. The home page is confusing. Could improve the design. The amount, accs, and credits are fine. Those work well. Tho below them are diffifult to navigate through
