Despite sending feedback via online and offline channels to BSN for the past 10 years, it amazes me until now they have not rectified the issue. BSN customers will never know how much is the total deposits in BSN bank account as they fail to include FD deposits to be reflected in myBSN webpage as well as in the app. Basically, if you deposit FD, you will not know how much you have put it, when it matures as you will not have any visibility unless go to counter, as recommended by BSN contact ctr

Just updated recently(4JUN2024), now the app is not working. Tried to reinstall the app. Halfway on login and confirming OTP, the app crashed. My ongoing transfer did not succeed, but BSN did deduct the money from account, while the other person did not receive yet the money. Facepalm. Worst update for now.

I'm just opening an account at BSN. And just download the App. Unfortunately I I'm very frustrated because of the BSN App. No Page for 1st time login. Many time I opened and uninstall the app but I can't see the 1st time login page. The app keeps redirect me to LOGIN PAGE and asks me to key in an username.
