This app is so frustrating to use. Gmail is so much better. If I try to find an old email for something, it takes absolutely ages to find it due to having to go through all recent emails to find the flagged ones. Usually, this happens when i need to find an email with tine sensitivity. You can't just go to a folder that says flagged. You have to scroll through them all . A lot of times, it doesn't load. With technology these days, surely you could make a better app.

I have used this app for years very minor issues over the years which were easily resolved. 2 weeks ago I got locked out I've tried chat 3 times to resolve the issue. Worse than useless. Last Friday I rang the helpline. I got a really great guy. I uninstalled reinstalled changed passwords. Stood on my head attached it to my wheelchair and drove as fast as I could. I tried my laptop. Still no good. The guy said someone from the Tech team would contact me within 2 working days. I'm still waiting.

Useless. 0 stars really I've been using this app for years with no problems until now. I can't login on the app - it doesn't recognise my address or password, yet they work fine on the computer and even the mobile via url. Someone is obviously unfit to develop/upgrade or otherwise interfere with this software. It's important to me to be able to consult my emails without technical interference from incompetents. Considering getting shut of BT altogether as a result of this unforgiveable shambles!

Fixes for:-
When forwarding a HTML mail, certain mails showed up with broken links.
Some users were having issues with the app being slow and sometimes freezing after upgrading to 23.3.
