We have developed a virtual intervention, invigorating candidates all across the world to finding long-term employment whilst ensuring you find the perfect candidate.

We have ensured that creating an account for yourself or your organisation will be hassle free with no issues.

Not only will you have access and interaction with the candidates, you will have your ‘pick of the crop’, with the candidates filling out their profiles on our cross-compatible CADPRO candidate app.

View an applicant who shows practical expertise and proficiency? Simply select ‘View Profile’ to delve deeper to make sure you’re making the right call, having access to every key detail and document, even watch their video profiles submitted via Youtube so that you will be able to see past the paperwork to see the individual. This enables you to make an holistic judgement, which is simple yet efficient just like our app!

The Psychometric Test is accessible only via the CADPRO app, to help identify:
● Candidate’s greatest strengths
● Opportunities they can achieve with
some intervention
● Areas which may need improvement
At the end of the test the app will analyse the results using an appropriate and professional grading system, providing a score.

A video profile offers an insight to the candidates lives, qualifications and current employment all the while still being able to stand out.
