It is not clear to add cameras . I had tried a lot. My EZVIZ IP cameras are connected through hotspots and working properly in EZVIZ app. But i m failing to connect through this app. Pl clear which username and password to apply where. And pl clear about the Ip addresses how to enter the same.

This app used to work fine until recent updates. now when attempting to view the alarms, I get is a blank screen. I can still see the pictures on the website but not in the app anymore.

Worked great up until the app update (was 5 stars). Now only the live feed works via the app. Playback of an event is now just blank as described by others. Playback via the website is fine. My phone is a Samsung Note 8, maybe only effecting a few phones ?
